Technical Design
We start designing based on the customer's request, specification, and the proper process after discussion. In the 3D CAD/CAM division, we sort out accepting all kinds of digital data, and there is a staff of 30 working on 3D modeling, jig and checking fixture design, and mold design. Their efforts are doing much for the quick delivery by the rationalized and streamlined system.
Reverse Engineering
We have contactless three coordinate measuring machines with high speed measuring and three dimensionalizing functions, and so they can reflect the digital data to the CAD and design processes.
Diverting Prototype Die to Mass Production Die
This section can support you the Topia's know-how by quantifying and making a graph of buckling panel and its thickness reduction rate through simulating from the contactless measuring machine and press deformation analyzer. We can divert the prototype die to mass production by your request.
Die Design
We can propose a manufacturing production requirement from the point of view our prototype die at the time to mass production.
Jig / Checking Fixture Design
We can actualize various types of jig and CF design by 3D modeling from prototype specification to the mass production with the reasonable cost, high quality, and quick delivery.
