Stamping
Our press machine is able to produce anything from accurate parts for OA equipment to rigid ones for automobile. We are proud of its performance like maximum acceptable weight 2000 ton. We also accommodate the wide range of customer's requests.
Large-Scale Machining
This machine is able to manufacture large-scale products maximum 5 meters. It can process more complex shapes than ever before because the angle head can be inclined the axis in accordance with the manufactured surface.
Precision Machining
In this process, it is able to produce highly accurate production and manufacturing by the precision machining center. This technology of Topia has performed well in the special field which needs accuracy such as racing cars, medical equipment, and semiconductor materials.
Pipe Processing
We have two benders which can process the pipe max. 40 mm in diameter. We would use the press by the simplified mold if you request much thicker pipe.
Laser Processing
3D laser processing is mainly for trimming. We can use both off-line teaching based on digital data and on-line teaching which can be prepared for the delicate shapes. In terms of off-line teaching, we have developed a new technique with the manufacturers to reflect 3D data to the processing more directly.
Welding
We are able to weld spot welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding; in addition, we are also fully-equipped YAG laser welding, CO2 laser welding, and other electronic beam welding machines to unite two different materials. We would suggest the best process for you in terms of the cost performance and quality, so that, we have attained the highest levels of customer satisfaction for shorten the processing time and cost down in accurate welding.
