As Japanese automobile industry maintains the highest standard in quality and in quantity, we are strictly asked the extreme accuracy of perfection also in the “prototype” field. We are required to shorten the lead-time and to lower the cost.
So, our CAD designers meet to such demands.
Our mission is how rapidly we can complete the design and whether we can design on the basis of efficiency and labor-saving on the manufacturing process. Each CAD designer carries out his or her task, suggesting various ideas and elaborating. This attitude leads to customers' credence and to the progress of our company.
In fact, we succeeded in doubling the gain because we had doubled the staff engaged in CAD designing for one year and a half. We require more CAD designers in order to meet customers' expectation and to make greater progress.

| Work Location | Headquarter, Kanagawa D/D Center or Saitama D/D Center *We defer your wishes. |
| Working Hours | from 9:00 to 18:00 |
| Remuneration | From 220,000 up to 500,000 JPY/month (in case of overtime work for approx. 40 hours). You will be treated preferentially with your competence. |
| Welfare Program | An extra bonus according to the achievement of company, uniform, travel allowance (up to 30,000 JPY) and social insurance |
| Holidays | Sundays, Saturdays (from once up to four times a month), personal holidays depending on our company calendar, summer and new year’s holiday (107 holidays/year) + paid holidays |
