| Qualifications to apply | from 20 to 40 years old - speak fluently Japanese and English - are interested in new things and acquiring a new skill - like manufacturing. |
| Work Location | Headquarters and plants |
| Working Hours | from 8:00 to 17:00 or from 9:00 to 18:00 (Technical workers might work in shifts.) |
| Remuneration | From 220,000 up to 500,000 JPY/month (in case of overtime work for approx. 40 hours). You will be treated preferentially with your competence. |
| Welfare Program | An extra bonus according to the achievement of company, uniform, travel allowance (up to 30,000 JPY) and social insurance |
| Holidays | Sundays, Saturdays (from once up to four times a month), personal holidays depending on our company calendar, summer and new year’s holiday (107 holidays/year) + paid holidays |
| Origin of Company Name | The managing director and all the employees hope to be happy, and therefore named this company ‘Topia’ after ‘Utopia.’ |
