`A challenge is not the risk
It is not taking the challenge that is the biggest risk`

Topia, who deals with "prototyping", I believe in that "challenging spirit", which is one of the management principles, is more important than anything else.

The history of our company is one of always being at the forefront and taking on challenges in uncharted territory. About 15 years ago, we entered the overseas market ahead of other companies, and now our local subsidiary in China has grown to receive numerous requests from global automobile manufacturers that boast the top market share in the Chinese market. Furthermore, with an eye on markets such as Germany, Central and South America, Brazil, and India, the executives, including myself, fly around the world and work on global marketing.

In the domestic market as well as the global market, one of our major strengths is the Q and D of "QCD", that is, quality and delivery. We provide products and services with added value without blindly pursuing cost (price) competition. Eventually, we would like to realize a situation in which the head office factory and the Chinese factory compete to be the No. 1 in Asia and the world in the field of prototyping.

To that end, we must continue to invest in various directions, such as the development of new materials and processing technology, the enhancement of the latest equipment and training our engineers. In the future, in addition to prototyping, we will create "Topia brand products" in the transportation field such as automobiles, aircraft, and railroads, and also take on challenges such as M&A and other business arrangements without fear of failure
