Basic Policy on Elimination of Antisocial Forces

In order to block any relationship with anti-social forces, we will establish and comply with the following basic policy

1 Respond to policy as an organization

We will respond to anti-social forces as an organization and ensure the safety of our officers and employees who respond to unreasonable demands

2 Cut off all relationships, including transactions

We will not have any relationship, including business relationships, with anti-social forces. In addition, we will reject unreasonable demands from anti-social forces

3 Prohibition of Inappropriate Transactions and Profit Giving

We will never make behind-the-scenes deals with anti-social forces to cover up scandals. In addition, we will not provide benefits to antisocial forces for any reason

4 Strengthening cooperation with external specialized agencies

We have always closely cooperated with external specialized organizations (Mie Prefectural Police, Center for Elimination of Violence, Lawyers, etc.), and will further exchange information, consider countermeasures, and strengthen cooperation in other ways.

5 We will take legal measures if there is an emergancy

In the event that anti-social forces make unreasonable demands, we will respond with a resolute attitude, such as complying with all means, both civil and criminal.
